Have you heard o...Thanks for sharing with us all.

Have you heard of the Breast Cancer M.A.P. Project? It’s a research initiative launched by the Cancer Support Community’s Cancer Survivorship Research and Training Institute. The aim is to understand and address the emotional and social needs that accompany a breast cancer diagnosis. Through joining our registry, women are offered a unique opportunity to help guide and inform research directed at ameliorating the breast cancer experience.

Please consider joining us as part of a national movement of breast cancer survivors, and helping us propel our research forward in ultimately improving the lives of millions touched by cancer.

Best wishes,
Natalie
www.BreastCancerRegistry.comNataliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03332045119985918983noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2318756985870843725.post-75103660577935342512011-09-01T09:49:34.236-04:002011-09-01T09:49:34.236-04:00I just got a cortisone shot in my hip - it was not...I just got a cortisone shot in my hip - it was not at all painful, I didn't even feel the initial shot because they used a surface anesthetic. It was also neat watching the screen while it was done because I could recognize the anatomy of my hip (unlike watching breast biopsies on an ultrasound screen, where I only recognized the needle).

Best of all my hip does feel better.

Good luck with all of the procedures.lisaenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2318756985870843725.post-32426494958318947932011-08-30T09:43:55.762-04:002011-08-30T09:43:55.762-04:00I am so sorry you are in such pain

Hope next week is better....Ugghhhh back pain sucks! Hope next week is better. Do you find you are able to manage your lymphedema? I wrote a post about a new surgery being investigated to help for lymphedema, have you heard of that? I like your blog as one of the main reasons I started my site was to make women more knowledgeable when dealing with healthcare providers. I come in from the medical side as an ARNP, but wanted to give back. Hope you are feelling better!
Heather
www.mybreastcanceranswers.commybreastcanceranswers.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06660651534725308271noreply@blogger.com
